Dear Sir

I am constrained to issue this legal notice regarding the defective GOBOULT F Charge Neckband purchased on 20 August 2025.

I initially received a faulty product, and after significant hardship, repeated complaints, and an unreasonable delay of approximately one month, a replacement was provided. However, within 15 days, the replacement unit has also become defective. The issues include unclear sound, absence of proper bass, and poor connectivity.

Further, I would like to bring to your notice that the product was collected from my home on 13 April. However, as of today, I have not received any update from your team regarding the status of my product, which reflects a complete lack of communication and unresolved service action.

This repeated supply of defective goods and the delay in redressal clearly amount to:

“Defect” as defined under Section 2(10) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (fault, imperfection, or shortcoming in quality, quantity, or standard).
“Deficiency in service” under Section 2(11) of the Act (any fault, imperfection, or inadequacy in the quality, nature, and manner of performance).
“Unfair trade practice” under Section 2(47), as the product fails to meet the expected standards and representations made at the time of sale.



  1. Immediate replacement of the defective product with a brand-new, properly functioning unit; OR
  2. Full refund of the purchase amount, at my discretion.
Free pickup of the defective product from my address. I will not bear any courier or ancillary charges.


All costs and consequences arising from such legal action shall be borne by company.
