i purchased BPL LED 32H23 PLUS HD SMART TV from satya agencies pvt ltd, lakshmipuram main road,guntur on 26-03-2026. while purchasing they told it has 2 years warranty.
After 2 and half months of purchase the TV display lost, i went to store where i purchased the product, they told we raise the complaint to get repair . on 4 july 2026 they raise service request to repair,and asked to wait for 20 days. 20days later The technician told MOTHER BOARD problem ,they told me that they had to keep order for mother board. on 24 july 2026 again ,kept request for mother board and asked me wait for 10 working days.i waited for 1 month 5 days (initial 20 days and later 14 days). i went to the store where i purchased the product 3 times. EVEN they didnot print store contact number on bill. now the TV in showroom
when i asked now, store people told i have to wait but did not specify how long long has to wait
newly purchased TV lost display with in 2 and half months and made to wait for more than 1month,and asking wait for till it get repair with specify time period .
i paid rs 11000 and TV in show room., my money and TV both with showroom
I REQUESTED you kindly do the justice
