I am filing a formal complaint against DTDC Courier for severe deficiency in service, negligence, and causing me financial distress.
I ordered a protein supplement (worth ₹5,999) via Snapmint on EMI. The delivery was scheduled for June 13, 2026. Today is June 14, 2026, and the shipment has still not been delivered by DTDC. There were no rain, weather disruptions, or any valid logistical reasons to justify this delay.
Due to this negligence, I missed my planned travel to my hometown and spent the entire day waiting at the address. As someone with limited financial resources, having my money and EMI cycle blocked due to DTDC's failure to deliver on time is causing me severe financial anxiety and mental harassment.
Relief Sought:
Immediate delivery of the shipment today, or immediate cancellation of the order with a full refund of ₹5,999 to clear my Snapmint EMI loan.
Compensation for the mental harassment, loss of time, and financial distress caused by DTDC's failure.
