Dear Dayananda ji, Jaya ji, and HR Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
This is to formally reiterate my long-standing and still unresolved request regarding the updating of my KYC details on the EPF portal, including Aadhaar linkage, which is pending despite my repeated follow-ups and timely submission of all necessary documents.
As already communicated over several emails (dating back to September 2024), I had:
  • Submitted the joint declaration form as guided by your former HR representative Mr. Anantha ji.
  • Couriered physical copies of all required KYC documents to your office as instructed.
  • Shared scanned documents via email for quick reference (in absence of courier soft copies).
  • Reached out several times, politely requesting updates (emails sent on 19 Sep, 22 Sep, 30 Sep, 9 Oct, 28 Oct, and later on).
Despite this, no progress has been made to date. This delay is now not only frustrating but is actively preventing me from managing my EPF account, including withdrawal and transfer of funds. The inaction is also non-compliant with your responsibilities as an employer under the EPF guidelines.
I now request the following:
  1. Immediate approval of my KYC (Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details) on the EPFO portal.
  2. Written confirmation with a clear timeline for when this update will be completed.
  3. A point-of-contact at Nuetech who will take responsibility and ensure timely closure.
I have made every effort to resolve this matter amicably and respectfully, keeping in mind the long-standing relationship I shared with Nuetech. However, this issue has remained unresolved for over 8 months, and I must now consider escalating it to EPFO Grievance Cell, labour authorities, or filing a formal complaint unless it is resolved within the next 7 working days.
I sincerely hope it will not come to that, and we can close this matter professionally and without further delays.

Earlier ki sent him scanned copies over email but he said department people are asking for physical documents to process the KYC and Aadhar linking. So, I sent have to courier these to office from where these needs to be submited to PF office for necessary actions.
