I have purchased kinsco water purifier in the end of march and got it installed, after a month the product stopped working due to faulty cut off switch, the product is under warranty for 2 years, however they charge 350 for the repair, I requested for repair and paid 350 and within an hour of repair the issue repeated again and I requested the repairman to get it fixed since it was a faulty machine and repair was also not properly done. They didn't show up as promised and they started to dodge my calls. I tried contacting their customer care over email, calls, whatsapp and instagram as well still didnt get any resolution and even they started ignoring it. Then I reaches out to flipkart for resolution, they asked me to wait for 10 days and if I didnt get a resolution they will raise a complaint and provide a refund however after they initiated refund after 10 days and based on the confirmation flipkart I purchased another water purifier on flipkart itself. However flipkart later cancelled the refund after my purchase was done. I even reached out to flipkart customer care if I need to return the new product i purchased. They asked me to get it installed an that my issue would be resolved. I had spent 100rs everyday for more than 2 weeks to buy water since the water purifier was not working. However ever since then flipkart has been ignoring my emails and closing the issues I raised without any resolutions and providing wrong consents. Even the grievances officer Karthik R is unresponsive. Kindly help in escalating this and get me a refund.
