I am writing to follow up on my previous complaint regarding a failed payment transaction at your outlet on 20 March.
I attempted to place an order worth ₹891, and while the payment amount was successfully debited from my bank account, the order was not created and I did not receive any order ID. Despite the amount being deducted, the transaction did not go through.
As of today, I have still not received the refund. I kindly request you to provide an update on the status of my refund and let me know by when the amount will be credited back to my account.
