Hi, this is bring into the kind notice that have visited at Jigani Bangalore KFC Store on 5th Sept, and placed rice bowl with popcorn. Post payment completion the store incharge informed that the said item is not available. So we initiated for the refund process. They told to refund will back in 30-45 mins. However I also raised multiple complaints in customer care and dropped the mails
None of them are providing any positive responses. Now we are on 17th Sep and no clue Abt the refund.
