You can typically file a complaint:
  • Online via the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in
  • Or in person at your nearest Cyber Crime Police Station
When filing your complaint, please include all relevant details such as transaction records, and any other supporting documentation.

Same with me as well .. this is a fraud company
 
I've been placed an order in Kerala cotton and paid the amount but unfortunately I faced a issue with my shirt size hence want to exchange I've been placed for exchange in online nobody is responding evn I tried calling the customer support no reply from both calls and whatsapp, when I've placed for exchange website was available I've the screenshot also but now when I'm checking on it the website is not available they are attempting the fraud in online this is not really fair kindly raise and complaint or else I'll be doing it I want my money back or I want the shirt need to be exchanged

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.

My father ordered two Shirts from them and received on 1st January 2026
Just after we got the shirts we doesn't found the cloth as good as they mentioned in their page .
I tried to contact them on their business number but no one receive a single call by me
And then , I messaged them on Instagram and they haven't respond after seeing the messages their business number have no incoming calls and they are just frauds.
It's a humble request from consumer court that please shut down those kind of businesses they are just frauds and just scammed people just giving them cheap clothes .
