- I purchased [Product Name] on June 2025 with a two-year unconditional warranty.
- On 29 May 2026, the product stopped working. I immediately raised a complaint with the company.
- Despite repeated follow-ups through multiple emails and calls, the company has failed to resolve the issue. Each time, customer care assured me that the matter was being escalated and asked me to wait for 48 hours. This has happened 8–9 times over the past 22 days, but no resolution has been provided.
- Even at the time of installation, I faced issues, which were not properly addressed.
- The company’s failure to repair/replace the product within the warranty period constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Reliefs Sought
- Immediate repair or replacement of the defective product under warranty.
- Compensation for mental agony, inconvenience, and harassment caused due to repeated delays.
- Costs of litigation to be awarded to the complainant.
