I would like to raise a serious complaint against Kenstar for extremely poor post-sales service and against Flipkart for misleading product representation. I purchased a Kenstar RO water purifier from Flipkart, where the product is displayed with ratings above 4 stars, but my experience has been completely opposite. The RO unit stopped working soon after the return period ended, raising concerns about its quality and reliability. Since 24th April, I have lodged more than four complaints, yet no resolution has been provided. Every time, I am told that a technician will visit within 48 hours, but to date, no technician has come. This clearly shows negligence and lack of accountability from Kenstar’s service team. Additionally, there are instances where service engineers demand extra charges for visits, which is unacceptable. It is also concerning that despite several negative customer experiences, the product continues to show high ratings on Flipkart, which misleads buyers. This reflects both deficiency in service and unfair trade practices. I strongly urge that strict action be taken against Kenstar for failing to provide proper customer support and against Flipkart for not ensuring genuine and transparent reviews. I also request immediate resolution of my issue, as this delay and negligence have caused significant inconvenience.
