Very disappointing experience. I paid for their listing service, but the support and verification process was poor and took far too long. Communication was slow, and I did not receive the level of service that was promised. Even after requesting to stop the service, the process was unnecessarily complicated. I would not recommend this service to businesses looking for reliable support. Please improve your customer service and be more transparent with your clients.
