Dear sir/ ma'am,
I purchased gold scheme from Joyalukkas in July 2024 .
I paid Rs 20000 per month for 10 months, they should have booked the gold whenever I did the payment.
But now they are saying that they will charge present market rate which is unfair to the common consumer and giving extra advantage and benefit to the Joyalukkas.
P.s I also have Gold scheme in other jwellery brand , unlike Joyalukkas they have booked the Gold whenever I did the payment.
Please clarify the matter and tell Joyalukkas to book the gold whenever I did the monthly payment. they should not charge me today's rate for my complete amount
