on 11 th april , I ordered spinach, parle G biscuit, watermelon, onion. I paid by gpay app. I did not received any call or any information or any parcel , but after 1 hour app was showing delivery was done by delivery boy. After so many complaints via call to customer care, jio app help section, Email to grievance redressal officer jio mart, still I did not get my order till 18.4.2026. No refund from jio mart side.

One item was missing in my order on 20th.the delivery boy told the same will be delivered same day since the item was unavailable at that time.i visited the sho at laikad changanassery on 22nd and the staff there told it will be delivered soon or money (about 450) will be refunded.till now nothing done
