Dear JioMart Customer Support,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent prepaid order.
Two items from my order were cancelled due to being out of stock. The total value of the cancelled items is ₹185.00. However, I have received a refund of only ₹39.75, which is far less than the actual amount that should have been refunded.
Kindly verify my order details and process the remaining refund of ₹145.25 at the earliest. If there is any deduction, please provide a detailed explanation along with the refund calculation.
I request that this issue be resolved immediately, as I have already paid the full amount for the order and the cancelled items were not delivered.
