Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered water purifier by order no - JM6A64C20E019AB839C1 at JioMart website on 25th july 2026 for purchase of water purifier and same order was cancelled by JioMart side on 26 July 2026. After that when I ask for refund my funds, they told wait for five working days then lodge complain. After that I lodged complain on 31st of July vide complaint no 785465419924 at jiomart customer care. From there onwards, they are not in a position to refund amount and every time they are telling, please be patience. We are working on it. I don’t know that amount of ₹7489.85 is how difficult to refund by JioMart site and they are not in a position to provide a detail of when they refund amount,
