I purchased a boAt product from JioMart on 1 March 2026.
- The details of the purchase are as follows:

- Product Name : boAt Energyshroom PB400 Powerbank with 20000mAh battery capacity with Smart IC Protection Burgundy ( ECNM5090454)
- The product was manufactured by boAt Lifestyle and carries a manufacturer warranty.
- To claim warranty and verify the product on the official boAt Support Portal, I was required to upload a valid invoice.
- JioMart supplied only a printed invoice whose ink gradually disappeared, rendering the invoice unreadable and unusable when tried to check on May 1st, 2026.
- I requested a proper digital invoice (PDF or downloadable tax invoice) from JioMart multiple times, but JioMart failed to provide a clear and legible invoice.
- Due to the absence of a valid invoice, I have been unable to:
- Verify warranty status,
- Claim manufacturer warranty,
- Exchange the product if required,
- Establish proof of purchase
