I purchased a boAt product from JioMart on 1 March 2026.
  1. The details of the purchase are as follows:
    • Order ID: 17723889611526936A
    • Shipment ID: 17723890308561982761J
    • Product Name : boAt Energyshroom PB400 Powerbank with 20000mAh battery capacity with Smart IC Protection Burgundy ( ECNM5090454)
  2. The product was manufactured by boAt Lifestyle and carries a manufacturer warranty.
  3. To claim warranty and verify the product on the official boAt Support Portal, I was required to upload a valid invoice.
  4. JioMart supplied only a printed invoice whose ink gradually disappeared, rendering the invoice unreadable and unusable when tried to check on May 1st, 2026.
  5. I requested a proper digital invoice (PDF or downloadable tax invoice) from JioMart multiple times, but JioMart failed to provide a clear and legible invoice.
  6. Due to the absence of a valid invoice, I have been unable to:
    • Verify warranty status,
    • Claim manufacturer warranty,
    • Exchange the product if required,
    • Establish proof of purchase
