Jiomart not deliver and returned my product and increased cost Rs.100 for reorder

My order returned after i gave otp 4 digit to this mobile number 9994503958 and he was moved to deliver on other areas. Till now i didn't receive my order. Please check and deliver soon.

There is no reattempt happened, if I order again it shows Rs.599 instead of Rs.499. It will happen Rs.100 loss from my pocket. What should I do for my product earlier Rs.499 order in jiomart?
