In this order I was received wrong product
And also I was order 2 product and I received only 1 product
From the 3rd july 2026 I was calling to jiomart customer care regarding the issue but the customer care executive was giving me fake reason that is we are not show any details regarding your order and here is technical issue please call back after 48hr from 3rd july to 9july 2026
And now they was cancel my order through his end and now telling me your order was cancel so how can we give you refund regarding your order because your was COD
They was saying firstly your issue was resolved within 48hr but the now 6days was gone till thev date my issue was not resolved and also they giving same reason like you have to wait 48hr your complaint was raised we are try to resolve your issue please help me
