Hi,
I have been facing regular network disruptions despite paying annual package in advance. Whenever I send out an email to the Jio customer care, they respond stating that they tried calling me and the call could not be connected and conclude themselves that the issue has been resolved. Above all, they sent out an email stating the they would depute a service engineer to attend to the issue but sent another email that there is no need for the service engineer's visit stating that the issue has been solved. I'm using my mobile hotspot to file this complaint despite sitting at home where I have paid annual fee for the Wifi.
