I had raised a complaint about my JioFiber connectivity issue on 11th April 2026. The assigned engineer visited on April 11th and remarked that there is in-home wiring / cabling issue, and the issue will be resolved the next day. Since then he has never visited again. Everyday he is only putting my request on hold, rescheduling it again and again, no one is visting, automatically updating that the issue is resolved, then I contact them again, then they reschedule the vist, then again no one comes, same cycle is repeating. When I call the assigned enginner, he says the issue cannot be resolved, he cannot do it, so he will not visit. After complaining to your Team, your Team said a new engineer will be assigned. No new engineer has been assigned and no one is resolving my internet connectivity issue. I even visited the nearest Jio center and spoke to your senior engineer in person, and they still refused to resolve the issue.

I had escalated this complaint to 3 different levels with below Serview Request Numbers:
