First and foremost , the outage started on Thursday morning and none of the customer support numbers are not reachable and automated bot answers and sends message saying this will be resolved in 4 hours, that is from 25th June, fort them 4 hours did not complete at all. SR000039UJEX is finally logged, thanks to securiy guard at the Jio fiber office who helped us to log, else we were not even allowed inside without SR number. How do we log complaint when all numbers are giving automated messages. We have just recharged for 3 months and cannot move to another network also. pathetic service.
