I Complaint to Jio but still no response or refund done. Amount ₹1200/-

The JioFiber Customer Support Team,
On 23-Oct-2025, I received a promotional SMS about the JioFiber two-month free trial offer. Based on this, I placed an order the next day (24-Oct-2025) under Order Number [LR000013ETVF].
Your marketing representative from PLA Agencies, Trichy, visited on the same day, inspected my location, and informed me that the normal dish model equipment would not work in my area due to signal issues. He advised me to opt for the box-type equipment and assured me that the installation team would handle it accordingly.
As per instructions, I made a payment of ₹1200 through GPay (Transaction ID: 2025102421049000018845814005301707) for two months’ subscription and installation. I was informed that installation would be completed by 27-Oct-2025. However, no one contacted me or visited until I repeatedly followed up.
After multiple calls, an installation technician from Kullithalai finally visited but again confirmed that the dish-type equipment was unsuitable for my location. He mentioned that a new order for the box-type receiver had to be placed and that this would take 3–4 working days. Despite my patience and follow-ups, there was no proper communication or progress.
Subsequently, one of your team members initiated cancellation without informing me. The refund was registered under Refund Order Number [NO00019B7T10]. Later, your customer support team informed me that the refund could take up to 14 working days, which is unacceptable given the service delays and lack of communication from your side.
This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and mental distress. If the refund amount is not credited to my account by **18-Nov-2025**, I will be left with no choice but to file a complaint with the Consumer Court for non-compliance and unfair customer practices.
Please acknowledge receipt of this message and process the refund at the earliest.
