I had payed 3333 for a new jiofiber installation but next day the technician came and told me that he cant instal the connection as the connection to be installed he has cross the fiber cable between roads and he told that jio office will not allow this. But the jio store people told that donot worry we will give u the connection . Even before applying for connection I told that guy come to my home and see if its possible or not that time he confidently told i will get the connection .he just wanted to complete his target and made me pay for it
When I called the customer care they told me that ur cancel will cancel in 2days next it became 3 days and so on . But still not a single update I have received through phone or sms.
I have called the customer care multiple times twice they told me that they don't even have me as customer
And many times they told me that they have registered my complaint and that it will be cancelled but still no message or communication from their side this was on 3/10/25 i have all the call recording of this all the calls telling me that it will be cancelled and i will get written confirmation and the refund
