I had raised a complaint (SR000033938N) on April 11, 2026, regarding no internet connectivity through my JioFiber connections, and till now it has not been resolved.
An engineer was assigned on April 11th. He visited on April 11th and remarked that there is in-home wiring / cabling issue, and the issue will be resolved the next day. Since then he has never visited again. Everyday he is only putting my request on hold, rescheduling it again and again, no one is visting, automatically updating that the issue is resolved, then I contact your customercare again, then you reschedule the vist, then again no one comes, same cycle is repeating. When I finally got his number through your customercare and called him, he said he will not work on this service request because your own other jio engineer who made a new installation in someone else's flat, has cut my existing connection wire, so he will not fix it, because it will take 2 to 3 hours to replace the wire / cabling. After complaining to your Team, your Team said a new engineer will be assigned and visit. No new engineer has been assigned and no one is resolving my internet connectivity issue.
I even visited nearest Jio center and spoke to the senior person, he said that the assigned engineer is not capable of doing it, so he cannot do it. When I told him that your engineer had put the cable during installation so how can you refuse to replace the cable when it is required, he said he cannot send someone from installation team for wiring. Basically jio has refused to resolve my issue.
I raise and escalated my complaint multiple times through below service requests, but still there is no resolution:
