I have recently purchased JioFiber on 26th May 2026 & I'm not getting the connectivity. Service team has installed it in some other active pole & it's causing the issue for the entire street. Within 20 days, it worked only for 10 days. It's not been even a month & facing these many issues.
I have raised service requests, sent email to customer care email id, tried calling through customer care number but, nothing is useful.
The person who has installed is not receiving my call.
Because of this I'm not able to connect with my clients in USA. This is really ridiculous. I request to take necessary action.
If this problem is not going to fix permanently then I request to cancel my order & refund my amount.
