We got JioFiber installed on 16 September and paid ₹3,333. Today is the 24th, and we’ve had working Wi-Fi for barely 2 days.
There have been repeated outages, and when the internet stopped working completely, customer care promised an engineer visit. The appointment was cancelled, rescheduled, cancelled again, and at one point the service request was even closed despite the issue not being fixed.
We had to call the engineer ourselves to reopen the case, and even after that, no engineer showed up. The engineer also stopped answering our calls.
The issue was supposedly fixed once, but the connection worked for one day before the same problem returned.
This has seriously disrupted work at home - we've had to cancel presentations and deal with repeated interruptions. I’m honestly exhausted from calling customer care and sending emails just to explain the same problem again and again.
At this point, we’ve decided to switch to another provider. We no longer want another appointment or temporary fix. We just want a refund at this point.
For those who have dealt with JioFiber before: what is the best way to ask for a full refund and actually get it processed? Should I escalate this somewhere or raise a specific type of complaint?
Would really appreciate any advice.
