Hello, I have lost a complain through helpline number of Jio Gigafiber. My internet services are off since 24 April 2026, the same day. I lodged a complaint. It’s been seven days now. I have called multiple times daily to their helpline number. Every time they are telling that wait for sometime, The Engineer visit is scheduled, you will get SMS but since seven days, the Engineer visit has not happened through the backend without visiting the site, they closed my complaint on 28th April. As there was no resolution, I have to lodge another complaint on 28th April itself. So my complaint is since last seven days of no services of internet, and still, they are telling that wait for sometime, you will get the Engineer visit, and your problem will resolve. Here with I am attaching serial number of all my complaints since 24th April. so kindly look into this matter and get the resolution or reimbursement of my full amount with compensation of harassment.
