Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been raising a complaint with Reliance Jio since 9 March 2026 regarding incorrect information provided by your customer support, which has resulted in financial loss.
I had initially submitted a SIM port request; however, I later decided to cancel it. I contacted your customer care helpline to confirm the cancellation, and I was clearly informed that my port request had been successfully cancelled and that I could proceed with recharging my SIM without any issues.
Based on this confirmation, I recharged my number.
However, despite your assurance:
I have valid proof, including call recordings and screenshots, supporting my claim.
I have been sending daily email reminders for a refund, but I am only receiving generic responses such as “we are working on it,” with no resolution provided so far.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.
I request you to:
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint to higher authorities such as the telecom regulatory body.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest.
