It is observed that the Jio optical fibre service has remained non-functional for the last four days. Despite repeated follow-ups, the matter has not been resolved and the customer is being provided only revised/rescheduled timelines on each occasion. Further, the customer care representatives are providing different explanations and commitments without ensuring timely resolution of the issue.
In view of the continued service failure and unsatisfactory response from the concerned staff, the customer has expressed his intention to surrender the Jio connection if the service is not restored within one hour. The matter requires immediate attention and appropriate accountability for the delay and inconvenience caused to the customer.
