Subject: Delay in JioFiber Relocation Despite Full Payment – Request for Immediate Action and Compensation

I wish to file a complaint against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited regarding the unreasonable delay in relocating my JioFiber connection despite completing all required payments and formalities.

After shifting our residence from PM Palem, Madhurawada, to Madhuranagar, we informed both the Madhurawada and Dondaparthy JioFiber offices and requested relocation of our connection. We were instructed to pay the relocation charges.

Even after making the relocation payment, the assigned technician still has not visited our new address or completed the relocation. Despite our repeated follow-ups, the company has taken no action. Consequently, we have lost internet service while our annual subscription period continues to lapse.

This amounts to a deficiency in service and unfair treatment of a paying customer.

I therefore request that the company:

Immediately relocate and activate my JioFiber connection at the new address.
Please extend my subscription or compensate me for the period during which the service was unavailable due to Jio's delay.
Provide a written confirmation of the relocation schedule.
Compensate me for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and repeated follow-ups caused by this delay.

I have attached copies of the payment receipts and other supporting documents.

I request that the company take appropriate action and resolve my grievance at the earliest.

We paid the annual recharge as per the suggestions from Jio Care on 10th June. Later, on 26th June, I was told to pay 1200 rupees for relocation charges. Every time a service appointment is provided, the technician does not respond, and also Jio Care does not reply.
