I had placed an order on JioMart on 10 May 2026 with Cash on Delivery (COD). However, I made the payment online to the delivery boy. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but it was not showing in the delivery boy’s app. He said that since the payment was not visible in the app, he could not hand over the order. As a result, both my payment and my order are gone.
Also, the order is now showing as “Delivered” in the app even though I did not receive the product. Please investigate this matter urgently and refund my money as soon as possible.
