Dear Sir/Ma'am,
Greetings of the day!!!
With regards to subject matter, I have given few clothes order through Jio Mart app with Cash On Delivery option before 4 months ago.
I have returned back some items due to size issues and i got all my refund in Jio Mart wallet. Post getting this wallet balance i mark a mail to Jio Mart nodal officer and they have denied me to transfer this wallet amount in my bank account also they are forcefully saying to me that you need to use this wallet balance for any other purchase fron Jio Mart app or their nearest jio mart store to utilize the whole wallet balance.
I am also using other online shopping apps like Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho where in they are giving the refund amount in clients bank account or wallet depends on customer choice. Only Jio Mart is denying for the same.

Kindly look into this matter and help to resolve this issue at earliest
