I would like to register a complaint regarding an order placed through the Quick Delivery option on the JioMart app.

I placed the order at 6:04 PM on 11 July, and the app showed an expected delivery time of 6:31 PM the same day. However, as of 10:54 AM on 12 July, the order has still not been delivered.

I contacted customer support to report the issue, but instead of providing a clear resolution, I was informed that the order might be delivered by the end of today or even tomorrow. This completely defeats the purpose of choosing and paying for a Quick Delivery service.

The delay of several hours beyond the promised delivery window, combined with the lack of a definite update from customer service, has been extremely disappointing. The service provided is unacceptable and has resulted in a poor customer experience.

I request an immediate update on my order status and appropriate action to address this issue.

Till now no updates. Still order in open status. Not cancelled. My money is wasted I need refund + interest
