Hi Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally escalate a long-pending issue regarding the improper installation of a Jio set-top box at my doorstep. The box has been installed in a visibly shabby manner and is located right at my entrance, which is both unsightly and inconvenient.
I have repeatedly requested Mr. Lenin (Phone No. +91-8328492830) to have the setup relocated a few meters away from the current spot. Despite several follow-ups over the past three years—including messages, calls, and even a video call—there has been no action or further response from his side.
In addition, I have raised this issue multiple times with various Jio technicians who visited my premises, but each of them stated that it does not fall under their responsibility. As a result, the issue has remained unresolved for an unreasonably long time.
I am attaching a photo of the current installation for your reference. I request that this matter be escalated to the concerned department and resolved at the earliest by relocating the setup box to a more appropriate location slightly away from my doorstep.
