My JioFiber broadband connection has been completely non-functional for more than 30 days.

In April during Easter the issue started however I paid the bill after the issue started again whole month of May it dint work but the bill is been generated.
The router shows a blinking red LOS (Loss of Signal) light indicating no fiber signal.
A technician visited and confirmed the issue but the service was not restored as promised.
Despite no service, billing continues and multiple complaints to customer care have not been resolved.
This connection is essential for my work and the prolonged outage is causing severe disruption.
I request immediate restoration of service and appropriate refund/adjustment for the downtime.
