I received a call from JIO Fiber sales executive from +91-7011786650 on 3rd August 2026 against my query in their website. Basis the call, the boardband connection was to be installed in my house at BPTP Freedom Park Life, Sector 57, Gurgaon, Haryana. The sales executive promised to get it installed on 3rd August'26 evening or 4th August'26 morning and asked me to pay INR 1,100 as advance which I did (Attached screenshot for reference). Post that I received couple of messages stating installation will be done on 6th August 2026. Tried contacting JIO support as well as the number from where I received the initial call. However, I am unable to reach as it is asking for JIO number only. Sent an email to their customer support email ID (jiofibercare@jio.com) with a response stating "email from a registered email address". As I do not have any order number so could not do it as well. Now I am running piller to post to get the refund of INR 1,100, however there is no way I can do it. This is really a harrassment from JIO. Need my refund along with the compensation for not catering the mental harrassment.
