Jio has cancelled my subscription, and failed to refund my subscription fee Rs. 2,221.46

On 18th April, 2026 I had paid subscription fee to Jio Fibre for Wifi Connection. They made the survey, and confirmed for the good signal. After 3 weeks, their technician visited my residence for installation of hardware, and found out there is no signal available, for the best of their reasoning, without justification. They said, the subscription fee will be processed for refund. Since then, I have been following up consistently for the refund on their customer care number 1800 896 9999 and every time with an assurance that it will be processed within 24 hours, etc. etc. but up to now, its more than 6 weeks now, and still counting, no refund has come.
Even I have been emailing their customer care jiofibercare@jio.com, but none bothered to respond, except a standard system generated response. NONE IN JIO IS READING THE MAIL, AND ADDRESSING THE ISSIE.
