I am a JioFiber customer and since [2 to 3 year On 06.06.2026, my JioFiber internet stopped working. I immediately raised complaint SR000037Q751 through Jio app/customer care. It has been 7+ days since the complaint was registered. Till date No technician has visited No update/call from JioFiber team Customer care only gives auto-replies “issue will be resolved soon "I am paying monthly rental of Rs 599 + Tax for a service I have not used for a week. This is causing major inconvenience as I work from home. I have also sent emails to care@jio.com and nodalofficer@jio.com but no resolution. My Demand: Immediate restoration of service with written confirmation of technician visit Refund/credit for 7+ days of downtime as per TRAI QoS rules Compensation for harassment and deficiency in service If JioFiber cannot provide basic service, they should refund and disconnect without cancellation charges. I request the consumer forum to intervene and get JioFiber to resolve this urgently.
