Hi.
I upgraded my Jio Fibre plan more than one month ago. The set top box was to be installed. The MyJio app keeps rescheduling the appointment for installation by itself. The engineers done call. Every other day I get a message that as per " my request" appointment has been rescheduled. I have never asked for rescheduling. The engineers keep cancelling the appointment themselves. It has been more than one month. No one has called. I keep getting messages that appointment has been rescheduled. Still STB has not been installed. Called customer care multiple times. no help received. Please help
 
Escalate Beyond Customer Care

  • Instead of just calling 1800-896-9999, raise a written service request through:
    • MyJio App → Help → Raise Complaint (takes it to escalation team).
    • Email: care@jio.com with order ID, registered number, and complaint details.
    • Twitter/X: Tag @JioCare publicly with complaint ID (they respond faster).
