Hi,

I am writing this in pure frustration and stress caused by my experience with Jio Fibre and their incomplete resolution.
It’s been a month since I had set up this new Jio Fibre in this month the connection has been disrupted for 4-5 times. Everytime I call their Customer Support and request for a permanent solution, they keep rebooting the system which is not fruitful and end up saying they will assign a technician who twice had come and provided a temporary fix. In the last 7 days this is the 3rd time the connection has got disconnected. This is highly affecting my official work and family’s time for entertainment. Calling the customer care is bringing me more stress and got me entirely dissatisfied with this service and incomplete resolution always provided.
Need strict action on this, as I have already told them my next step would be reporting this on the consumer forum.
