I have booked a jio fiber connection in visakhapatnam on 20th june and they failed to provided the connection till foudays and hence I requested them thru call and mail to cancel the connection and refund the money. where as they responded once and said it will take 10 days on 1st of july to refund but till date after that i am not getting any response to my mails. Calls goes on automachine.
This is the message i send on 24th of june.
With reference to our earlier conversation and mails please cancel new connection request for Air fiber reference no. NO0001E663CI, as your team fail to provide connection even after four days waiting. Thank you for your support looking forward for my refund and cancellation number
