I booked Jio Airfiber with Order Number: NO00019SWYCS, Jio Fixed Voice Number: +916313560621, more than 10 days ago, but the installation has not been completed. We tried to contact the local agent, Mr. Ranjan umpteen number of times daily on his mobile No +917462980577, whom I paid the full installation amount, but most of the time he did not receive, and if he received, he made fake excuses and hopes, and till date,my Jio Fiber installation has not been done. Due to this, I am not be able to install cameras for the safety of the opening of the new shop. I am mentally very disturbed regarding the safety of my shop. I request you to please look this matter sooner.
