My Jio Fiber - 91-4431510914
Name - Aniruddha Datta
This is to inform you that I have requested Jio Fiber for relocation on 27th March, 2026. I called the customer care several times but JIO Engineer never turned up. I waited for a month but they never came to my new Location. I requested to cancel and surrendered my connection on 14th May. The SR no was raised SR0000361FOP.But they have not canceled my connection. I got monthly bill of Rs 824 and Customer care insisted me to pay the bill and then they will cancel. I paid the bill, but till now they have not canceled my connection and they closed the ticket.
Again the bill got generated on 6th June, I requested the customer care to terminate the connection on 8th June a new service request was initiated with SR000037UMX7. I am not using JIO Fiber since 27th March. JIO persons are playing with me by not cancelling my connection and sending me bills every month.
It's been 2 months my Surrender request is not getting processed and monthly bills are getting generated.
Request you to look into it with high priority.
