I made a relocation request of Jio Home and Fiber from Via my Jio app four days ago. It was uninstalled three days ago. Till date nobody came to install in new location. While tracking in app there is no request seen. And while calling Jio store it says its cancelled. I didn't get the money of setterbox and modem back also besides the money paid (1200) for relocation.
