I am writing to escalate an unresolved issue regarding my Jio Fiber connection.
The network capture/distribution box installed on the terrace of our building has reportedly been stolen. As a result, my Wi-Fi/internet service has not been working for the past one week.
We have already raised multiple complaints and have been continuously following up with Jio Customer Care and the maintenance team. However, despite several reminders, the issue has not been resolved, and no permanent solution has been provided so far.
The prolonged service disruption is causing significant inconvenience to us. Therefore, I request you to treat this matter as urgent and arrange for the immediate replacement of the stolen equipment and restoration of the internet services.
