I live in Vile Parle East, Mumbai, and the Jio Fiber network has been down since Friday afternoon. I keep getting messages from Jio that the service will be restored but it’s been three days and there is no restoration. I’ve tried calling their customer service and I get an automated message that the service is down and then the line disconnects. I tried texting their customer care but I get a bot that tells me the service is down. I’ve paid my bills and this is after payment that the service for which I paid them money has not been delivered. There is also no effort from the company to keep us informed and assured about the reason for the interruption and the updates on restoration.
