Hello
I have taken a Jio fiber connection under an offer of Rs 824.82 for which in the month of April 2026 I have paid an amount of Rs 1000 against the exact amount of the above mentioned. I have got in touch with Jio customer service multiple times as my money was not being adjusted against my recharge. I have been misled and lied to numerous times about the money getting adjusted and finally being told that they can only adjust the money after 5 months and also that they cannot initiate a refund. How cheap of them to hold anyones money and not provide service nor refund.
Next, on 13 Th June 2026 I recharge my account through a link shared by customer service for the . above mentioned amount and my internet service are not restored even after 24 hours. I am blatantly lied to by customer service that it will be done in 10 minutes and all this after getting in touch with them for more than 10 times through the day. Having used many service providers all through my life JIO is the most pathetic one with no respect for paying customers.
