I have been a loyal Jio customer for the past 5–7 years and have been using JioFiber services for the last four years. Unfortunately, during these four years, I have been facing frequent connectivity issues on a regular basis.
Almost every month, the internet service remains unavailable for several days. On multiple occasions, we have not received internet connectivity for 5–6 days continuously. Despite registering complaints and making repeated calls, there has been no satisfactory response from customer support. Moreover, the technicians assigned to resolve the issue often do not visit our home, and our complaints are not being taken seriously.
My family members depend on the internet for important college and office work from home. Due to these repeated disruptions, we have suffered significant inconvenience and loss of productivity.
We are extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of support provided by JioFiber, Mathura. Therefore, I request that immediate and appropriate action be taken to resolve these ongoing issues and ensure reliable internet service in the future.
I hope this matter will be addressed promptly and that necessary measures will be taken to improve the quality of service.
