Respected Sir/Madam,

I would request to raise the formal complaint against Relaince JIO.

My internet has stopped working for past 15 days, i had rasied a complaint for solving the issue but each time when raised they closed the SRN from their end stating issue resolved without completely resolving.

I have been patiently waiting and requesting to resolve the issue but once complaint is raised they close it from their end without even checking physically.

Even today i had contacted the company for redressal explanining the facts and grievance but call was cut abrubtly and blocked me from further contacting.
I request your intervention and also refund my Security Deposit with JIO.

Thread 'JioFiber Installation Fraudulent'

On the date of 30/03/2025 Jioiber team contact myself Mahika Goswami (30) for internet connect, i agreed for connection. They assured installation on 31/03/2025. Ashish installation techinician came on the same day 31/03/2025 and charged payment by confirming order by KYC registration and payment of Rs. 1111 in Credpay UPI and assured installation will be completed in 1-2hrs. After some time he told us that there is no port so they cannot proeed with the installation. SO we asked for the refund and proceed the cancellation as we wanted jiofiber only. He told us it will get cancelled...
