This complaint is regarding the highly unprofessional and misleading service I have experienced in relation to my Jio Fiber installation request.

A few days ago, I booked a Jio Fiber connection for my residence. Your authorized representative visited my location, completed all KYC formalities, and collected the installation charges along with advance payment for a six-month plan. I was explicitly informed that no further recharge would be required for the said duration.

Importantly, I clearly communicated to your representative that I am only available for installation on Sundays due to my work commitments from Monday to Saturday. This condition was acknowledged, and I proceeded with the payment based on this assurance.

However, today being Sunday, no installation has been carried out, nor have I received any prior communication regarding delay or rescheduling. Upon contacting your customer support, I was informed that services are not operational on Sundays due to a holiday. This directly contradicts the assurances provided at the time of payment.

This constitutes clear misrepresentation and negligence on the part of your representative and reflects extremely poor coordination within your service system. I have already made full payment in good faith, and yet I am left without service, facing inconvenience, uncertainty, and a complete lack of accountability.

Please note that this situation is unacceptable. If not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate the matter formally by filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline and pursuing further action through the Consumer Court.

I hereby demand the following actions on an urgent basis:

1.A written explanation for the misinformation provided by your representative.

2.Immediate arrangement of installation at a mutually feasible time, strictly considering my availability constraints.

3.Failing the above, initiation of a full refund of the amount paid without any delay.

Kindly treat this matter with urgency. I expect a response within 24 hours of receipt of this complaint.
